Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the influence of employee training on work motivation, the influence of compensation on work motivation, and the simultaneous influence of employee training and compensation on employee work motivation at Kopi Kayuhan in Kediri. The population of this study consists of all employees at Kopi Kayuhan in Kediri. The sample size used in this study is 30 respondents. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques employed include classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that employee training has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, compensation has a positive effect on employee work motivation, and employee training and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work motivation at Kopi Kayuhan in Kediri.
