Abstract

This study aims to identify the marketing strategy for Cycle Savings products to increase the number of customers at PT. East Java Regional Development Bank, Kediri Branch. This type of research is qualitative which requires answers through literature review, interviews with informants, namely Bank Jatim employees of the Kediri Branch. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis with a SWOT analysis approach, which is a way of identifying and analyzing existing data so as to provide a clear picture. regarding the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that the Bank Jatim Kediri Branch has in increasing the number of customers. From the results of this test it can be concluded that in increasing the number of customers, namely by determining the formulation in selecting and determining the target market by using Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning. And from the results of the SWOT analysis it was concluded that the strength of Bank Jatim is in Brand Image, strategic location and government support. The weakness lies in the lack of customer knowledge about mobile banking. For opportunities, Bank Jatim has an office that can be reached by the community. The threat of Bank Jatim is the number of competitors as its competitors. Keywords: Marketing mix, SWOT
