Abstract
According to the Department of Labor, Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises, Nganjuk Regency, the growth of micro, small and medium enterprises in Indonesia has recently increased quite significantly. shop. Coffee shops are local creative businesses that are currently being worked on by many entrepreneurs in various regions. This study aims to determine partially or simultaneously the positive and significant influence of the location and atmosphere of the cafe on customer interest. The hypothesis is that the location and atmosphere of the cafe partially and simultaneously have a positive effect on customer interest in the Omah Djawa Nganjuk Coffee Shop. The research was carried out purposively, namely at the Omah Djawa Coffe Shop located on Jl. Nakula, Takat, Kampungbaru, Kec. Tanjunganom, Nganjuk Regency, East Java. The research was conducted from February 2023 to April 2023. Determining the sample size of the population used the Lemeshow theory, so that in this study a sample of 100 respondents was used. From the results of the research and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that the H1 location variable hypothesis (X1) is rejected, because the results of the t-test partially have no effect on customer interest in Coffee Shop Omah Djawa. The H2 hypothesis is partially accepted, where the cafe atmosphere variable (X2) has a significant effect on customer or consumer interest in purchasing food and drinks at the Omah Djawa Coffee Shop in Kampungbaru Village, Tanjunganom District, Nganjuk Regency. Hypothesis H3 is accepted, where the location variable (X1) and cafe atmosphere (X2) simultaneously (together) have a positive and significant effect on customer interest in purchasing food and drinks at the Omah Djawa Coffee Shop in Kampungbaru Village, Tanjunganom District, Nganjuk Regency.
