Abstract
Advances in digital technology have changed the way we live, work and com-municate. Internet technology has had a huge impact on economic growth and the way businesses market their products. TikTok social media is not only used as an entertainment medium but as a platform to promote businesses because it can reach the target market easily through creative content. This research aims to find out the strategy of using TikTok social media as a promotional media for Sultan Mango Malang. The method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection tech-niques were carried out through documentation, observation, and interviews, then analyzed using the data triangulation method. The results of this study are strate-gies that have been successfully implemented, including actively following popular trends, interacting directly with the audience, utilizing the live streaming feature, being consistent in uploading content, working with influencers, and holding dis-count promos and prizes. User participation and interaction are the main keys in assessing the success of TikTok's promotional strategy. Sultan Mango Malang re-sponds to every form of user interaction quickly and friendly so that it helps in business development. The results of this study provide practical guidance for lo-cal businesses on how to effectively utilize TikTok to increase sales and build cus-tomer loyalty. In addition, the research also emphasizes the importance of adapta-tion and innovation in digital marketing strategies, as well as the need to under-stand the dynamics of social media platforms to achieve optimal results.
