Abstract

Marketing management is a type of management that every business must have. This marketing management is intended so that products and services are understood by customers. Therefore, the business world must do this, understanding the discussion of marketing management as a whole. Organizations and companies should focus on marketing management because it contributes in many ways to the smooth process of product marketing. The purpose of this research is to find out whether service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. This research method is quantitative. The analysis carried out by the author above shows that rcount > rtable. A significant figure of 5% (0.278) indicates that the reliability test results show that each element of the statement/indicator variable of service quality and customer satisfaction correlates with the overall score and the data collected is valid, meaning it has been declared ready for analysis. The reliability coefficient value is 0.804 which indicates that Cronbach alpha (a) is higher than 0.6. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Barokah Tofu Factory in Mancilan Village, Mojoagung District, Jombang Regency. This can be seen from the results of the t test where tcount > ttable (182.03 > 167.722). Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction
