Abstract
As an effort to improve the quality of education, it is closely related to effective leadership and management by a leader. Support from subordinates will be available and sustainable when the leader is truly qualified. A school will be able to progress when the leader has a vision and mission, managerial skills, and also integrity in carrying out quality improvements and the school also needs quality human resources to achieve the goals of an organization. This research is useful as a reference regarding the influence of leadership style on employee performance at Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Jati Salam Gombang. The research results show that the democratic leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, as does the charismatic leadership style. However, when democratic and charismatic leadership styles are combined, the results have an influence on employee performance.
