Abstract
This study aims to determine how the ''work environment'' and ''employee'' ''work motivation'' affect their performance at UPT Perlindungan Konsumen Kediri. All production staff, consisting of fifty people, are the population of this study. The questionnaire survey sampling method collects samples from the entire population. Primary and secondary data are the types and sources, and the data collection methods are interviews and questionnaires. This study uses data analysis such as validation, rehabilitation, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and determination (R2). This study shows that the performance of UPT Perlindungan Konsumen Kediri employees is influenced by work motivation and workplace conditions. The ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is indicated by the degree of relationship between the three variables which is very strong.
