Abstract
Infrastructure development in Indonesia is progressing rapidly. This is due to the increasing economic activity and demands of the community, hence the increase in facilities in various regions. In a development, accurate planning and implementation are carried out to reduce uncertainty, play an important role in the success of a project, and become a foundation so that it can run efficiently and optimally, because a common obstacle that often arises is delays in construction. One of them is a parking building project built at Rs. Bhayangkara Kediri, in order to meet the need for parking lots in particular and have a significant impact in improving accessibility and comfort for patients, families, as well as medical staff. To accelerate the completion time of the project to overcome these problems, from the time schedule data, the duration of the work, the job description and the initial bill of quality of the project, then the data processing is done with the help of Microsoft Project tools. From the results of the analysis with the CPM method, it is known that site preparation work, earthwork, D40 piling work, 80/80 cm column work and 40/60 cm beam work are included in the critical path and can prevent the project from the risk of delays of approximately 10 days or in accordance with the target contract plan, from the initial project implementation time of 150 calendar days (113 working days) days to 140 calendar days (103 working days) with additional overtime costs of Rp. 93,750.00 for 3 overtime hours.
