Abstract

This research aim to know the influence motivate and environment work by together to Employees Performance at Hotel of Salmaa Kediri. This Research use the quantitative research method because its research data in the form of number and analyzed to use the statistic and also have fulfilled the erudite method that is concrete, objective, measured, rational, and systematic. Population in this research all employees of Hotel of Salmaa Kediri as much 115 people. Sample determined with the technique of proportional random sampling, with the responder as much 53 people. Method of data collecting used by method questioner and documentation. Method analyze the data used in this research method analyze the descriptive of linear and regresi percentage is doubled. Than this research result inferential that there is influence motivate the job to performance of employees of Hotel of Salmaa Kediri, with the contribution equal to 0,378 or 37,8%. There is environmental influence work to performance of employees of Hotel of Salmaa Kediri, with the contribution of equal to 0,318 or 31,8%. There is influence motivate the job and environment work by together to performance of employees of Hotel of Salmaa Kediri, significant smaller than 0,05 (Sig < 5%), while the rest equal to 62,4% influenced by other factor. Keyword: Motivation, environmental works the, employee’s performance.
