Abstract
This study aims to determine the simultaneous influence of product quality, price, and atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Ruma.Pinara Coffee Shop, Tulungagung. This study is a quantitative study with a population of 6,350 consumers or customers of Ruma.Pinara Coffee Shop, Tulungagung. Sampling used the Slovin formula, with 100 respondents. The test tools used were research instrument testing and multiple linear regression analysis. From the research results and discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. 2) Price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. 3) Atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. 4) Product quality, price, and atmosphere together have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The calculated F value is 33.055 and the F table is 3.08. The calculated F value is greater than the F table. From these results, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is rejected and the hypothesis is accepted. Therefore, the coefficients of determination for product quality (X1), price (X2), and atmosphere (X3) explain 93.1% of customer satisfaction (Y), with the remaining 6.9% explained by other variables not examined in this study.
