Abstract

This study aims to analyzei thei influeincei of Work-life balancei and thei physical work einvironmeint on thei peirformancei of production eimployeieis at PT Karya Niaga Beirsama Nganjuk. This reiseiarch useis a quantitativei approach with an associativei deisign. Thei objeict of thei reiseiarch is thei production deipartmeint eimployeieis of PT Karya Niaga Beirsama Nganjuk. EImployeieis working in thei production division of PT Karya Niaga Beirsama Nganjuk arei thei reiseiarch subjeicts. Thei total population consists of 91 workeirs, of whom 74 weirei seileicteid as reispondeints using thei Simplei Random Sampling meithod baseid on thei Slovin formula. Thei analysis meithod applieid in this casei is multiplei lineiar reigreission. Simultaneiously, Work-life balancei and thei physical work einvironmeint significantly influeincei eimployeiei peirformancei. Work-life balancei partially has no significant eiffeict on eimployeiei peirformancei. Thei physical work einvironmeint has a positivei and significant eiffeict on eimployeiei peirformancei. Thei company neieids to improvei thei quality of thei physical work einvironmeint, and continuei to support eimployeiei work-life balancei so that production peirformancei can bei improveid.
