Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, training, career development and compensation on employee performance at PT. Build Success with Kediri. This type of research uses quantitative methods, which is a method that describes datafully about something that is the object of research. The population in this study is all employees of PT. Bina Sukses Bersama Kediri, which is 55 employees. While the sample in this study was 55 respondents. The sample selection technique used in this study is based on the non-probability sampling method using saturated sampling. The data collection method uses questionnaires or questionnaires, observations, documentation, and literature studies. While the data analysis method uses classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous significant tests (F test), t test (partial), and determination coefficient test (R2). From the results of this study it can be concluded that: (1) Work discipline partially does not have a significant relationship with employee performance variables. (2)Training significantly positively affects the improvement of employee performance of PT. Build Success with Kediri. (3) Career development significantly positively affects the performance of PT. Build Success with Kediri. (4) Compensation significantly positively affects the improvement of the performance of PT. Build Success with Kediri. (5) Work discipline (X1), training (X2), career development (X3) and compensation (X4) together (simultaneously) have a significant relationship with the dependent variable employee performance (Y).
