Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of salary, motivation and incentives on the performance of the employees of the Dua Dewi Tulungagung Cigarette Factory. The influence you want to know is the influence directly or indirectly. This type of research is correlation which aims to determine the relationship or influence of two or more variables through research methods based on positivism (concrete data), research data in the form of numbers that will be measured using statistics as a calculation test tool, related to the problem being studied to produce a conclusion . This study used a sample of 56 respondents. Sampling using random sampling technique. The test equipment used is the research instrument test and regression analysis. The results showed the partial effect of salary on the performance of the employees of the Dua Dewi Tulungagung cigarette factory with a value of 2.533 > 1.184 with a significance of 0.000 > 0.05. The influence of work motivation on the performance of the employees of the Dua Dewi Tulungagung cigarette factory obtained results of 5.605 > 1.184 with a significance of 0.000 > 0.05. The Effect of Incentives on Employee Performance at the Dua Dewi Tulungagung Cigarette Factory obtained results of 2.334 > 1.184 with a significance of 0.000 > 0.05. Then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. significant value of 0.000 and (20.964) > (13.385), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Keywords: salary, motivation, incentives, performance
