Abstract

How important it is to pay more serious attention to employees through motivation and the like, in order to realize good governance from the Government Apparatus that is effective, efficient, clean and professional and productive. For this reason, it is necessary to formulate in detail and integrated the efforts that must be made to achieve optimal employee performance. This study aims to: (1) Analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance Through Simultaneous Motivation on Employee Performance at the Tulungagung Regency Culture and Tourism Office. (2) Analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Environment partially on employee performance at the Tulungagung Regency Culture and Tourism Office. (3) Analyze which variable factors have a dominant influence on employee performance at the Tulungagung Regency Culture and Tourism Office. This study uses a quantitative analysis method, namely the analysis of data that has been scored according to the predetermined measurement scale using statistical formulas. The analysis used on data in the form of numbers. Meanwhile, the quality test uses (1) instrument validity test, (2) instrument reliability test. The classical assumption test uses; (1) normality test, (2) linearity test, (3) multicollinearity test, and (4) heteroscedasticity test. The results of the study show that: (1) Organizational Culture and Work Environment have a significant influence on employee performance at the Tulungagung Regency Culture and Tourism Office. (2) Organizational Culture and Work Environment have a significant influence on employee performance at the Tulungagung Regency Culture and Tourism Office. (3) Organizational Culture and Work Environment have the most dominant influence on employee performance at the Tulungagung Regency Culture and Tourism Office.
