Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of total quality management on company performance mediated by employee performance variables, in this study there are independent variables (independent): employee empowerment and educational training, mediating variables: employee performance and dependent variables (bound): organizational performance. The population in this study were employees who worked at the UD. Mulya Indah Mebel Blitar. The sample in this study were 38 respondents. Hypothesis testing in this study using Variance Based SEM or Partial Least Squares analysis using smartPLS software. The results of this study found a positive influence between employee empowerment on employee performance, training and education on employee performance, and employee performance on organizational performance. The findings of this study are that when employee empowerment and training & education are applied to employees properly and maximally, it will be able to affect employee performance, so that employee performance increases, automatically able to affect the performance of the organization.
