Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify work motivation, work discipline, and facilities that affect the performance of employees in the curriculum vitae. CV. Bimantara Jaya Kediri. The method used in these studies is quantitative, which is based on the philosophy of positivism, and is applied to test a specific population or sample. Employees are the population in the study. CV. Bimantara Jaya Kediri up to 31 people. The sample for this survey also included 31 people / respondents. Data recording methods involving interviews, surveys, documents, and literature research. Validity and reliability tests, classical acceptance tests, some linear regression tests, sometimes important tests (t statistical tests T), simultaneously important tests (statistical tests F) and data analysis methods with determination coefficients. From the results of this study, we can draw conclusions that : (1) work motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The results of this study led to the results of the T- test with significance of 0.047 and regression coefficient of 0.348. (2) inefficient and significant work discipline on employee performance. This is due to the significance of 0.265 and the regression coefficient of 0.226 as a result of the test-1.138. (3) the means shall have no impact on the performance of the task. This is due to the significance of 0.637 as well as the regression coefficient of 0.100 from the results of the t-test of 0.478. (4) work Motivation, work discipline, as well as the results of the F-test of the independent variables of the facility also have a significant effect on employee performance. This Is F.
