Abstract
Service standard is a benchmark that is used as a guideline for service delivery and a reference for assessing service quality as an obligation and promise of administrators to the community in the context of quality, fast, easy, affordable and regular services. This study aims to determine the Quality of Service of Village Officials to the Community in Begadung Village, Nganjuk District, Nganjuk Regency and to find out what factors support and hinder the Quality of Service of Village Officials to the Community in Begadung Village, Nganjuk District, Nganjuk Regency. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are on the physical aspect, namely the physical conditions in the Begadung Village office, Nganjuk District, are not comfortable. The Lurah has submitted a request for repair and rehabilitation to the Nganjuk Regency Government in the hope that the place can become more comfortable Aspects of reliability, in terms of reliability, the Begadung Village, Nganjuk District, can be relied upon. They are able to provide correct and timely information. In terms of responsiveness, the Begadung Village, Nganjuk District, is still considered lacking in responding to complaints from residents. As for the guarantee aspect, the Begadung Village, Nganjuk District, guarantees the confidentiality of citizen data. Aspect of Empathy, Village officials are able to show empathy by giving good attention, listening well, and communicating in a way that pays attention to the feelings and needs of the community.
