Abstract
SEDUDO application is a service application for making residence documents through an onlintegrated system. This application was created by the Nganjuk Regency Government. This saims to analyze and describe how the Implementation of Population Administration ServiThrough the Online Population Application in the Ganung Kidul Nganjuk sub-district. research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques incobservation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique uses analysis from MilesHuberman. The research results obtained that the implementation of administrative servicegood in terms of Edward III Theory which includes 4 indicators namely communication, resourdisposition and bureaucratic structure. Obstacles encountered in the implementation process wecaused by a lack of outreach and training to residents, lack of citizen participation and also a systhat often had errors. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the Ganung Kidul sub-districbeen good at implementing administrative services even though the implementation participation are a little less than optimal.
