Abstract
The aim of this research is first, to describe and analyze the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum at Gondangwetan State Elementary School. Second, describe and analyze supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of PP no. 4th 2022 Concerning National Education Standards at Gondangwetan State Elementary School. This research uses qualitative research. Qualitative research type using descriptive analysis methods. The location of this research was set at SDN Gondangwetan, Nganjuk Regency. To determine key informants, a purposive sampling technique was used, while to determine the number of data sources a snowball sampling technique was used. This research uses interview techniques, observation methods, and documentation to obtain data. To analyze the data obtained from the field, an interactive model developed by Miles and Huberman was used. The results of the research are the implementation of PP no. 4th 2022 Regarding National Standards Education at Gondangwetan State Elementary School is going quite well. This is based on the first 4 aspects of implementation, Policy Communication which went quite well with the dissemination process and explanation of the rules, but the rules disseminated were inconsistent after changing. Second, human resources, information, and facilities are inadequate. Only authority resources are running well. third, Disposition is carried out by appointing bureaucracy which runs well without being given special incentives. Fourthly, the bureaucratic structure of the entire process of implementing national education standards is based on PP No. 4 of 2022 Concerning National Education Standards and dividing tasks evenly among all teaching staff and educational staff. The supporting factors are supporting factors for the implementation of PP no. 4 of 2022 Concerning National Education Standards at Gondangwetan State Elementary School, firstly, cooperation between educators and educational staff, and secondly, adequate qualifications of classroom teachers. Meanwhile, the Inhibiting Factors for Implementing PP No. 4 of 2022 Regarding National Education Standards at Gondangwetan State Elementary School, firstly, there is a lack of human resources according to qualifications, secondly, there is a lack of facilities and infrastructure.
