Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of communication, incentives, and length of service on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously at CV Murah Abadi which operates in the building materials sector in Jombang Regency. The background of this study is based on the phenomenon of ineffective communication, an incentive system that is considered unfair, and inequality of contribution based on length of service that affects employee performance achievement. The approach used is quantitative with a survey method through a questionnaire to 85 employees as a population and sample. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, t-test (partial), F-test (simultaneous), and coefficient of determination (R²). The results of the study indicate that communication and incentives have a significant partial effect on employee performance, but tenure does not have a significant partial effect on employee performance. In addition, simultaneously the three variables also have a significant effect on employee performance. This finding indicates the importance of implementing effective communication, a fair incentive system, and wise management of tenure in improving employee performance in the work environment.
