Abstract
This research was conducted at UD Agya Stone Production with the aim of finding out whether UD Agya Stone Production has implemented a marketing mix in its business. This study employed a qualitative research method with triangulation of data sources, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The object of the research in this case was the application of the 7P marketing mix (product, place, price, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence) at UD Agya Stone Production. The conclusions obtained from this study are (1) UD Agya Stone products have several types of products with different functions. Of these products, the sink is the main product of UD Agya Stone Production. (2) The price of products at UD Agya Stone Production starts from 17,500 to 15,000,000. There are two pricing strategies used, namely the live and let live policy and demand backward pricing. (3) The first or core production site at UD Agya Stone Production is in Mojoarum Village, Gondang District, Tulungagung Regency. The location of the production site is less strategic and is in an alley, but the road access is still accessible by public transportation. (4) Promotions carried out by UD Agya Stone Production by providing discounts for bulk purchases. Conducting public relations by distributing excess products from production and also opening up employment opportunities for the local community. Promotions are also carried out through social media such as Facebook, Instagram and through WhatsApp stories. In addition, UD Agya Stone Production also holds regular meetings with foreign buyers to discuss cooperation. (5) The purchasing process at UD Agya Stone Production is carried out online with a payment system using checks or bank transfers. (6) There are 7 employees at UD Agya Stone Production consisting of 2 cutting employees, 3 employees and also 2 finishing employees. (7) Physical evidence at UD Agya Stone Production is choosing a production location that is spacious and far from residential areas.
