Abstract

This research discusses the geometric planning and road pavement in the Wonosari Pagu Kediri area. The author took the initiative to plan the road using flexible pavement, with the hope of ensuring optimal road usage for the local residents and serving as a connection between several villages. The planning method employed in this research refers to the Directorate General of Bina Marga book from 1970, the Regulation of Road Geometric Planning by the Directorate General of Bina Marga from 1997, the procedures for planning intercity road geometric from the Jakarta Center for Research and Development, and other relevant literature. The planning results indicate a road length of approximately ±3,200 meters with a width of 7 meters. There are two horizontal alignments, namely PI 1 with a radius of 200 meters measuring 34º33.5'5.82", and PI 2 with a planned radius of 150 meters measuring 34º4'22.29". The road pavement is designed to have a surface course thickness of 5 cm, a base course thickness of 20 cm, and a sub-base course thickness of 15 cm.
