Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of marketing plan and product quality on customer satisfaction in buyers at Pukis Bikang Golden Kediri partially and simultaneously. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. This study used a sample of 96 respondents. Sampling was done using the non-probability sampling method with the purposive sampling technique. The test tool used is a research instrument test, the instrument in this study uses a questionnaire or questionnaire and the analysis used is multiple linear regression. From the results of this test, it can be concluded that partially, Marketing Plan (X1) and Product Quality (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) in buyers at Pukis Bikang Golden Kediri. Marketing Plan and Product Quality have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction in buyers at Pukis Bikang Golden Kediri simultaneously.
